A large part of my career has been concepting, shooting, and editing audiovisual content for use in paid advertising, marketing, training purposes, and more. Here are some examples.
Starting out as the Video Design Associate for H2O at Home, I worked out of the corporate office and handled all of the audiovisual content needs for this european-based direct sales company. Whether it was traveling on site to cover our annual events, or develop concepts and scripts for how-to videos for our products, I completed a myriad of video projects in this role. Check out a small sample of projects below.
I produced many video projects that highlighted the companies products, events, promotions, and more. Starting by brainstorming concepts with the MarCom team, I storyboarded, scouted locations, filmed, and completed all post-production work for our video content. We created event recaps, commercials, sales training videos, how-to's, and even podcasts, all with the purpose of promoting our brand and products, and supporting our independent sellers across the country. Most of these video projects were tools for the sales field to support their business, and in turn drive revenue for the company.
My role as Head of Designed encompassed all design, not just product design. I created all of the audiovisual content for the company.
As a startup company developing a new product, video content was required for various applications. I created explainers, sales videos, content for onboarding, Shopify app listing, and paid ads. I also recorded the voiceovers (and used my own voice to do so!)
You can check out a few of the examples below.
Paid advertising campaign for the first line of clothing for Blanket Softwear.
I used the visual branding I created to extend to video advertisements and promotions. On top of shooting and editing the content, I also animated and created 3D elements of the brand to support the ads and brand continuity. I also created music that reflected the brand identity.
Paid advertising campaign for the flagship launch of gear and apparel for Earthware.
I created a series of video ads that reflected the selection of products offered by the brand. The result was a set of simple, aesthetic advertisements that spoke to the upbeat and worldly nature of the brand. These short form videos were used as paid ads in the form of Instagram stories.
