My involvement on this project provided support for both content and product, as well as user experience for campaigns implemented by VSR. The highlight campaign was a referral feature, of which the flow and design were created by VSR and implemented by the client’s in-house engineering team through direct collaboration.
The goal was to increase adoption rate of their core product, which went up by 60% as direct result of our strategies and campaigns, as well as a 35% increase in user signups. Rain raised a $116m Series A in 2023.
