- Created strategic evolution of the brand to transition focus from mobility aids to general pet mobility products.

- Owned rebranding project and served as point of contact for design agency executing rebrand.

Co-Founder // July 2022 - Present

Owned all design needs for a SaaS startup that creates referral programs for e-commerce businesses. I created the brand and it’s guidelines, and managed frontend development projects for the Shopify app.

- Developed design system for the brand and ensured consistency across product design, marketing materials, social media, and app listing. Also designed and built the website.

- Produced explainer and sales videos for website, Shopify app listing, advertisements, and how-to videos.

- Designed UI components, screens, and flows for the product and collaborated with development team to implement user interface. Also mapped information architecture for the popup and admin console.

- Managed freelance developers and frontend projects, and helped drive product development roadmap.

Managed visual design projects for all clients at a growth marketing agency. maintaining internal brand identity.

- Applied client’s branding and voice to visual projects like graphic design for paid advertising, videos for sales and product trainings, logo animations, and HTML emails.

- Collaborated with internal growth team and client marketing teams to understand client’s objectives, strategize growth campaigns, and reach KPI goals.

H2O at Home

Project Owner: Digital Solutions // June 2021 - December 2021

Continued prior responsibilities while supporting rollout of proprietary CRM platform.

- Conducted user interviews and usability tests to devise UX strategies, and collaborated with marketing/sales and development teams to prioritize feature implementation.

- Collected and analyzed user data to determine ongoing UX/UI improvements and bug reports, and oversaw communications for new features/bug fixes.

- Developed video training series for the program highlighting features and processes from onboarding to advance tools and data export.

Video Design Associate // April 2018 - June 2021

Worked on the MarCom team to provide audiovisual support to all marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and event coordination. I collaborated with the team to strategize campaigns and produce various internal and customer facing digital content, including:

- Video content like advertisements, sales training videos and supporting animations, presentations and announcement videos for events, social media content, product how-to’s, and product shots for the website.

- In-house podcast (also served as on air talent).

- Strategized event experiences and logistics, and traveled to location to film the event, create recap videos, and serve as point of contact for on-site AV.
